| All in stock beads should ship within two business days. You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Express shipping is available. We highly reccomend you insure your purchase. If you do not select insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged in transit, Crazy Bead Guy is not responsible, and no adjustments will be made. Shipping includes delivery confirmation when available. Crazy Bead Guy will accept authorized returns for WEBSITE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! You MUST PAY to return the merchandise to us. E-mail us or call for a return authorization code. Items returned without an authorization code will be refused and NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. If you order more than $100 worth of beads, we will ship for FREE, but we will pick the shipping method. You still must pay FULL PRICE for any express or special shipping, or any shipping outside of the USA. If an item listed as in stock turns out to really be out of stock, shipping may be delayed. In this case you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the expected ship date, and you will be given a chance to cancel the order and receive a refund. Once you confirm the order, however, only website/gallery credit will be given for cancellations or returns.
